LAS VEGAS – Population health management technology vendor ZeOmega has launched Jiva for Performance Management, a software-as-a-service system that enables healthcare organizations to quickly manage the clinical and financial performance of their pay-for-performance and readmission reduction programs across multiple payers, including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial contracts, the vendor said.
