The Saudi-owned health insurance company has teamed up with the appointment booking platform to “enhance customer experience and elevate the level of its digital healthcare services”.
The private healthcare group has just launched the InterSystems tool at its sixth hospital in the United Arab Emirates.
The system will “improve functionality and coordination between health facilities” in the Emirates, says the country’s Ministry of Health and Prevention.
This marks the first implementation of the popular unified healthcare information system across the Medcare network of hospitals and health centres in the United Arab Emirates.
Every health facility in the Kingdom will reportedly have a dedicated page on the platform, allowing to track applications, reports, license validity, and any violations.
Announcement comes as the UAE capital prepares to enter another partial lockdown ahead of the Eid Al-Adha holidays.

Residents can now book via telephone, smartphone app, or this new service. The UAE currently has one of the highest immunisation rates in the world.
