Titled “Innovation of Things – What’s In Your Toolbox for New Care Models?” will identify tools, tactics and roadmaps to make new care model innovations scale; provide action items to prepare for the transition to new programs; confront major upcoming trends and consider the actions you should take now to prepare for them.
