Proposals should focus on the cornerstones of population health: data and analytics, care coordination, patient engagement and experience and reimbursement.

Healthcare IT News and HIMSS are accepting speaker proposals for Pop Health Forum 2017, April 3-4, in Boston. This year’s event is going to dive deeper than ever into best practices, lessons learned and how healthcare providers and payers are succeeding with population health initiatives.

[Roundup: Here's what happened at the previous Pop Health Forum]

If your organization has a great story share, don’t keep it to yourself. Click here to submit a proposal and for more information. Proposals must be submitted by Jan. 13 at 5 pm EST.

This event is intended for healthcare payers and providers, and case studies are a priority. This is a great opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and share how your organization has succeeded with population health initiatives to improve care, reduce costs and engage patients.

The forum places a high value on proposals from payer and provider organizations that offer practical, actionable information and real-life solutions. Presentations must demonstrate a real ROI.

We do not accept proposals from vendors – unless made on behalf of a provider or payer customer.

Proposals should focus on four key areas – the cornerstones of population health:

  • Data and Analytics
  • Care Coordination
  • Patient Engagement and Experience
  • Reimbursement
